SLUMDOGZ
Slumdogz – signed to Maximum Boost Records, have a bite bigger than their bark, these two Producers / DJ’s are currently making some serious moves within the production world right now with their hard hitting beats! With only success on their minds, this Drum & Bass collective are already receiving massive support on Radio 1 from Fabio & Grooverider with their remix of ‘Mexican Voodoo chick’ released on USA Records, along with Annie Mack, Zane Low, Mr Jam, Jaguar Skills and Nick Grimshaw supporting their remake of the Zed Bias track ‘Neighbourhood’. They already have a healthy back catalogue of tracks including ‘Annihilator’, ‘Give me more’ and the more recent floor filler ‘Bad’, all of which are supported by the likes of DJ Hazard, Original Sin, Nicky Blackmarket, Grooverider and Bryan Gee to name a few.
One thing we do know, Slumdogz are biting hard right now and their talent is already reaching parts of America and Europe. With DJ sets in Poland, Spain and Germany, as well as home turf, they certainly get a crowd locked on with their dubs and new approach to Drum & Bass music.
Records and stats indicate that the promo releases had sold out within the first day in record shops for their previous 3 releases and the demand for the Slumdogz sound has rocketed since the release of ‘Bad’. They are currently on their fifth release for the year with the sixth planned to hit record stores by Christmas.
